What the forgets a fast download?

When you download files from the server, you usually grab em off the hosting computer, which is REALLY slow and lags everyone on the server, and its a huge turn off and kills your mood to play. With fast download, or, sv_downloadurl, you download it off of dropbox, which is ALOT faster and doesn't lag anyone at all.
What are the rules?

No hacking
Don't be a richard
No teamkilling if teamkilling is on.
Do not disrespect admins, you can trash talk, but theres a point where trash talking turns into plain insulting.
The image says "FFA" but ingame its team deathmatch! WTF?

HOW DOES AN INDIVIDUAL CONNECT TO SUCH A SERVER?

type into the console: "connect 174.48.23.8" and you will join!
What do you mean by Deathmatch?

Its a game with instant respawn, you choose your weapons on a little menu at the corner, and you get those weapons every time you spawn.

im pretty much only posting now for servers and events like this, besides what watcher in the myst did, i wont post in threads and i pretty much wont come here unless for things like this.
