Even my sister's laptop with really low-quality integrated Intel graphics and a terribly low amount of RAM with a relatively bad processor could run Spore reasonably well.

I recently started playing Spore like weeks ago. I went straight to space stage, and with my modern gaming strategy as opposed to younger less experienced me, actually am making a good empire.

I've destroyed empires and made nice alliances. Also all legitimately acquired money, no cheats.
