how does one gift the steam community? i think i have it (i got the portal 2 coupon) but i'm not sure if mine has changed / if i actually have it.
e: noticing that i can right click and press view player manual and it'll open a browser and download something, but i haven't downloaded any manuals yet. i also have access to the games' forums but i don't know if this stuff is new.

Never got a copy for a 'friend' though, only the 75% off voucher thing.

Clearly everyone with Portal 2 got the portal 2 voucher, and that was a seperate thing. Oh well.
