They only make their heads glow, maybe it's a new Ubercharged thing? They have separate models that are on and off variants where off just shows a faded gray-brown color and on shows a pulsating yellow color
Then there's the other bot light objects which are a chest light, a specific chest light for the Medic bot that has a slider to have the light open and close, a light helmet that's shaped like the Payload bomb, a light shaped like a fez, a light hat that's shaped like the light on the Mini-Sentry, and a version of that light that's an off variant
