Learning how to coordinate and play with the team has more impact than individual skill. While the player may shine in lower levels, the key part of winning HL is coordination.
It was an example. With the specific class I mentioned under those circumstances I am correct. I'd say honestly anything under Silver isn't as reliant on team work. If your whole team can devastate the other team, teamwork starts to matter less. Around Silver in HL (I'd say Steel in 6s) is where individual skill can only get you so far as everyone involved should be competent enough to where a skill gap large enough wont/shouldn't exist. That's not to say team work doesn't matter under Silver/Steel because it definitely does, I'm just saying individual skill can get you places, not all that far, but it can work.
