Since Valve probably had to polish every submission of the Workshop before they put it into the real game. Like, they can't just copy-paste it in, they need to improve on it or modify it for TF2's cartoon-ish standards.

the whole point of the workshop is so that they can just "copy-paste" user-made content into the game, I've never seen anything get modified except the original name the creator came up with

Bullstuff. Does that mean anything that is a bit choppy isn't getting into the game? Workshop is there to make it easier for people to submit what they believe should be into the main game. Just give me proof all they do is copy-paste and refuse to edit anything else other than the name.

if you look at all the workshop submissions for community-made taunts, you'll find videos showing them exactly as they are in game
