probably that the original owner's account got hijacked and when he got it back it was gone, so steam support gave him a new one.

It annoys me to no end that I rarely ever fight a Heavy that doesn't have a Medic clinging to his fat Russian ass for dear life

like bushido said, flank 'em
heavies have almost no mobility and unless they are good you can take them out
heavy is more about being in the right place at the right time than aiming
