crate rules:

1. all crates are borderline worthless unless otherwise stated
2. series 30, 40, and the inevitable 50 ("salvaged") are rare and therefore costly (several keys)
3. new crates are worth up to a refined the day they are released and diminish in worth to around a scrap within a week
