to elaborate on freeze's post it is indeed a completely clean (not normally craftable) Unique Merc's Pride Scarf

according to stats.tf, there are 2192 Genuine scarves, which are by default clean, and 2243 clean ones

this leaves 51 scarves that are not Genuine but still clean, like mine, for which the flag that tells the game it's uncraftable was removed due to a glitch caused by trading the item within a very short time frame

You should keep it reg, you have something of very extreme value and it holds memory
Selling it will give you some riches but the you'll never be able to say you own a rare item
like how most of the gold wrenches are gone
