I think that is just a joke card, but i don't know.
Maybe it actually is a rare chance to get that.

Also, had my 7th curse item, made pile of curses and unboxed spy soul.
And it was glorious.

I've been playing on lakeside_event religiously and I can almost assure you the 777, BAR, and fish bone cards are purely cosmetic and never come up
