if you love the feeling of earning something, yes it's worth it
if you're just doing it for the weapon you should just buy keys or something and buy a botkiller (i have a silver minigun up for trade if you're interested :D)

I'd do it for the backburner + big chief, and I'd throw in an eerie crate, but I'd suppose you don't want to trade those. ^.^

rarely you'll get robot hats

otherwise it's just normal drops, and since the voodoo items are in the drop system right now they count

Strange Dead Ringer ranks mean nothing cause you can just take fall damage and feign to rank it up.

like if you couldn't spawn spies in itemtest and keep killing them
