That implies you reversed gravity to jump from the ceiling. It only counts jumps while you are being propelled.

Summary of first sentence: The mantreads only do fall damage X3 to the victim. That means that if you were rocket jumping, the jump would be over before the jumping period had ended, making it impossible to kill an enemy while rocket jumping. It's like having a strange rocket jumper.
