the big problems I'm seeing with these accusations is thatA) STAR doesn't really play on his own server very often, at least recentlyB) there really isn't any proof besides "that one time he forgot about the chat message", which isn't really much proof at all (who's to say the guy wasn't actually causing a problem and the domination was a coincidence, or even a side-effect of cheating? this is assuming it's even a valid claim to begin with, stranger's words on the internet aren't worth the page they're printed on)C) if getting killed bothers him he really doesn't show it, in fact he tends to joke about it when it happens and that adds comedy to his videos
