my video drivers crashed, so I restarted tf2 to rejoin the lobby I was in
turns out they all left instantly or something

You need the Foundry Hat to become more Steampunk

but the foundry hat is just large enough and sits just high enough on everyone's head that it's just plain ugly as forget
