That's not the same thing.
If you really wanted something, you'd go out and get it wouldn't you? Even if you'd be paying more than if you went somewhere else? So you lost some, but in you end you have what you wanted.

yes it is the same thing because items in tf2 hold a value, and you can exchange games on steam.

put it this way, would you walk into game stop and buy a game for 20 bucks extra just because "not everything has to be a damn profit"?

are you stupid or..? i just rephrased it to make a little bit more sense. youre wrong anyway, if something is worth 60 and you pay 80 for it, you over paid and threw 20 dollars away for nothing. it doesnt matter if you still got something because youre throwing extra money at it for no reason
