i have no clue if the 300 hours=hat drop, but if you played before the drop system was introduced that would be why

my first hat/misc i got from a drop was a dr.woah, then a sober stuntman, 2 days after that i got a killer exclusive, and about a month ago i found a little buddy, and 1-2 weeks ago i found an all-father

and i only have 450 hours logged into the game

I only get weapon drops, sometimes item drops, and I get a damn crate more than any time.
