I think it changes depending on what "team" you ended up on regarding the reddit event. One for Periwinkle and the other for Orangered.


Edit: Yeah, if you were on Periwinkle you get the Public Accessor (the broken one). Orangered won so they get the Conspiracy Cap (the intact one).
