While playing as a Spy with the first person world model enabled, rapidly clicking with the revolver may cause it to to a kind of burst fire with two bullets and then proceed normally or just glitch by not having a sound sometimes or something

I play with auto reload on, so that may be causing a problem with the command enabled, but i can't do the burst fire with the command disabled, so...
