okay let's start with the melee.
It's meant to be used in combination with another weapon because of its terribly low damage output.
Shortstop is ranged, and accurate, but doesn't string well with the fan as well as the other shotguns for scout, preferable the default scattergun or the Force of Nature.
As for your secondary; honestly I don't give seven stuffs what you have equipped there. The jump boost may be helpful, but do try to remember that the longer you're in the air, the more predictable your movement patterns and dodging become. I personally prefer the Mad Milk, mainly because I base my game solely on survival, not damage output. (arenacigarette here)
tl;dr shortstop and fan of war aren't the best of friends, so use a different wep in place of one or the other.
