You should actually read their donation perks before saying things like that

All Server Benefits
- Connect when servers are full.
- /hat - Choose any unusual hat effect and color.
- /saxxy - Equip the Saxxy. People killed turn into gold statues.
- /glow - A unique special effect
- /swap - Change teams
- /dsay - Chat with green text
- AFK longer before kicked.
- No advertisements between rounds
- End of round (Humiliation) immunity
- Autobalance immunity: you don't get switched if a team has more than 1 player than the other team
- Faster cooldowns for using the /votemenu command

I guess I mixed up skial with a different server line that had handicapped premium features
