I like to play medic, but I don't find him as one of my favorite classes. I usually go medic when our team is in a pinch, or our current medic is too stupid to realize that a quick-fix uber won't do much against a level 3 sentry.

if you're good with the qf and your patient isn't a handicap you can do a fantastic push against a level 3

i've played a different 10x + randomizer server

the only issue is IF YOU GET A BLUTSAUGER AS A WEAPON YOU'RE DEAD
and if you die because of the blutsauger health draining you respawn WITH THE SAME WEAPONS
