only one I have is a team win sound but it's been crashing at complete random times so it's probably not that
but I do think I have a few that didn't work for some reason but I thought I removed, I guess I'll check that later

Anything server with SV_pure 1 causes ear rape if you have custom sounds, this includes every valve server in existence.

They have been known to crash clients, so just ad the word valve to the server blacklist and sv_pure.

oddly enough it works perfectly with valve servers, no idea why
although I could try taking it out anyways for now, I have been exclusively playing valve servers for quite a while so maybe it is the problem

wait I think I just found out what it was
I completely forgot I added a custom conga sound to play take on me because it fit perfectly, that would explain everything since I haven't seen anyone conga at all lately and it happens fairly rarely anymore

so it looks like they changed the entire crate drop system when invasion came out because I didn't play for over a month and now I'm being barraged with a set of crates every time I launch the game
