Uhh, pretty sure it is considering I can tell specifically between a buttery smooth 60fps and a choppy console framerate of 30fps.


Also please note that Refresh rates and FPS are two different things, one means the frames your running and the other means how fat a monitor can refresh the image.



As you can see there is a pretty big difference.

you literally have to be braindead to not notice that.

Anyway i can tell 60fps from 55, I notice the dip immediately. I used to have a monitor that was 75hz and it was a world of difference from 60fps too. Even though that was years ago I still feel the insuperiority of 60fps in comparison. I need a 120hz monitor to achieve full enlightenment.
