Nope. I've driven CVPI's. They can go to 140 max.

240 kmh is 150 mph. That's actually pretty substantial, believe it or not. I dislike the new stuff Ford and other companies are putting out. The Crown kicked the Taurus' ass in a performance test. And this has too much stuff to break. It's like using a Lambo as a cop car. It looks cool, but it's really not smart.

Can you link to this test? I doubt the P71 won by much. In my opinion the Taurus is the worst police car offering right now, but I wouldn't say it's completely impractical.
