dont most highschool teams play people on both offense and defense?

but yeah i play wide out or slot on offense and safety on defense. we had our first scrimmage yesterday and it was fun and we smashed those whiteboys pretty bad. football is a fun sport that nearly anyone that can manage being hit can play. even if your a scrawny boy you can still play receiver because all you do is catch the ball anyways.

yeah i play nose tackle/center 1st string but i just didn't include "both" in the poll

we also had a scrimmage yesterday, it was freshmen vs jv

i was freshman, the qb didn't put his hands up far enough and we kept on fumbling balls

whats wrong with receiver and tight end? tight end is just as important as any other lineman and receiver is not only like the second most important position but they also run way more and are a lot more flexible then anyone else besides the QB

linemen are second most important if not most important aside from the QB.  they have to be the toughest, (not fastest) people on the team because they are guaranteed to hit someone every single play

well ok to be honest you cant really credit anyone to being of a certain amount of importance to the team, and if you were then it would be the QB. because i mean you cant just throw a lineman onto reciever because they have no hands and are slower. and i mean you COULD throw a reciever into a linemans position, i mean i could be a lineman, but i couldn't do it as well as the 300lb guy.

but i mean without a line who's gonna block those blood thirsty linebackers amirite

lineman can't do it on their own, QB's can't either, a play requires all 11 people to do it right for the play to go smoothly.  if only 10 people play well, the play begins to fall apart
