Start a building project for a mini-game, like a DM or something.
Make something interesting.

Event an RPG, make a CTF map, etc.

There are plenty of ideas for a server.

and i wasn't complaining, i was asking for suggestions. i assume that rule applied if you were just complaining and not asking for help
