I... already went over this. I really don't want to retype five paragraphs.
Modeling and scripting are difficult to learn. It's a type of art, similar to writing prose and drawing. These are talents that come naturally to some, while others have to struggle to get good at them. Sure, some people might find them fun but who is to say shrGriff will? And for that matter, where is her motivation to do it? Authors, game designers, folks like that require a great amount of passion and motivation to do what they do. Theirs is more than just 'well i was bored one day and then suddenly pro at modeling'. That isn't the type of mindset that gets people fired up about what they do. It's not easy to learn how to do everything well, and to stick with something people need motivation a little more deep than 'nothing better to do'.
What exactly happened was that three things were suggested, two of them complicated arts - modeling and scripting. The remainder of the thread was people shouting at her for not wanting to do what was suggested (which she is perfectly within her rights to do) as if that would actually change anything. Instead of attempting to be helpful, people hounded at her for not wanting to get into something that requires a long time of practice and quite a bit of patience. She asked for a way to make the game fun, not what to spend the next few months doing. Scripting and modeling are big time investments, and had nothing to do with her request. She wanted a simple way to make Blockland more fun, and when she gave a perfectly valid reason not to get into modeling or scripting, people blew up at her. Entirely unreasonable. And then when you finally hounded her into trying, saying 'oh it's so easy if you have someone to ask' it became 'if you can't figure it out on your own you'll never be able to do it'.
As for building, motivation is yet another key factor for doing something. She feels she's not good at building at all and doesn't want to do that. I don't see the problem with that. And then, why even do it at all? She said people don't join her server unless she names it a Family RP, and without an actual quality build to retain the playerbase, why bother? She says she can't provide that quality, so why even bother trying? Building and eventing are similar to modeling and scripting in that while they may seem simple its not easy to learn how to do either of them well. She wanted a quick way to make Blockland fun again, but everyone suggested things that would take too much effort and provide her with very little reward.
