RTB Colorset Button

With the new version update, the menu no longer handles the RTB colorset button

I managed to open it through the GUI editor that comes with mission editor and configure it to work with my downloaded colorset; we could use another button until Ephialtes fixes it

You can use canvas.pushdialog(RTB_ColorManager); to bring up the colorset changer
