My most painful moment involves snake related stuff so I'll make the text tiny.
Circumcision when I was 10 (medical reasons) pulling the adhesive bandage off my raw richard and trying not to pull the stitches out. Then there was picking the scabs of the tip, but fortunately they weren't open underneath.

Sometimes when I put my feet pointed like a pencil on a waterslide or something, my feet knot up and it hurts like somebody wrapping your veins in a knot.
