Worth paying for?

Ahoy!

Now, I've heard about this game and looked it over, played the demo... Aside from the demo being horribly limiting, I am interested. What I wish to know is, is this game worth paying 20$ US for? If so, why?

I'd like to know why this game is worth how much it costs, and if I'm convinced I may just pay that cost. Why, in your opinion, should I purchase this? I apologize if I sound demanding, since this is a simple request and not a demand.

This game is awful to the downright core.


In all seriousness the game itself is more then worth its price tag with an almost unlimited amount of things that can be built with it. It's userbase could use alittle maturity but hey, this is a block-building game.

well, I payed less than what I payed for pokemon diamond/pearl, and I got at least 3x hours of gameplay, and im still playing it :P.

This game is most definitely worth the twenty dollars.  The demo version is very restrictive, but the paid version allows you to use way more bricks. Also, the addition of online multiplayer game play brings a whole new dimension to the game with everything from huge group builds to multiplayer deathmatches.  Also there are hundreds of add-ons such as vehicles, maps, and weapons.   Once you get into it, you can practically do anything in the paid for version of  Blockland.

I thank you all for the quick feedback and giant smiley faces.

I have gathered from these forums and from what I have heard that the majority of players could do with a touch of maturity as previously commented upon. Though, indeed, this is only a block building game.

I will ponder what has been said here, and make my choice soon enough.

On a side note, I have always loved lego blocks as a child, which is one reason why this game intrigued me rather instantaneously. In all truth, twenty dollars is not very much money, so I may purchase this game and give it a whirl. I may or may not see the lot of you in-game in the future.

Feel free to post more comments if you wish to hasten my decision.
