This could just be a script that allows you to name one(or more) Co-Host that has all the power of a normal host but the power to shut the server down.

Guns are abusable they kill people.
The chat is abusable you can hurt someones feelings.

With this logic everything is abusable.
If the host is too stupid to enable it, it's his problem.

Lots of people have there own custom one.

I made one myself, it's horrible (well compared to like Pecons) but it's not really worth it bro. SA is basically my cohost.

I see too many servers with hosts that just give super admin to all their friends and admin to people randomly.  Super admin should be reserved for people that you trust to completely run the server for you in your absence, aka co-hosts.
