If I have a steam game, and I buy a pack that includes said game, can I gift it?

Yes, but it only counts with Valve games I think. Otherwise you just lose the extra copy.

If you buy the complete pack, it counts as one item, so you can only gift it as a single item.

So what im trying to do here is:

I already have plenty of the games on the complete pack. I also got the complete pack in 2011 raffle or something, and I can either "send gift" or "add to my game library". There's a few on there that I'd like to have, but I wouldn't want to waste all the other games if they weren't actually giftable after redeeming it.

There is a list of games that duplicate into your inventory somewhere, this means a lot of the games do not send an extra to your inventory.
