OP, you're a moron.  Personally I don't give a flying forget if you enjoy marijuana.  If you do, good for you enjoy the high and all that jazz.  Marijuana is still illegal regardless of your stance on it.  Granted, however, the longer sentence is concerning.

My basic point is that people should be arrested for what they have done and not what they could have done. The pope could have forgeted 13 kids but he didn't so he's not in jail. The same principle follows smoking weed, or doing any drugs for that matter.

Eh i had a warrant out for my arrest from back in feburary for "inducing panic" on facebook. Told some people I was gonna shoot them if they came to my house. The right to defend property is bad i guess. I got out early because i wrote a letter to Judge Sheer explaining that I didn't want to be in jail and yaa-dahh yadahh they basically filed a false warrant because I had been clean for 6 months and let me go on a 50 dollar bond plus the jail time i had already served (about a week and a half)
