Eh i had a warrant out for my arrest from back in feburary for "inducing panic" on facebook. Told some people I was gonna shoot them if they came to my house. The right to defend property is bad i guess. I got out early because i wrote a letter to Judge Sheer explaining that I didn't want to be in jail and yaa-dahh yadahh they basically filed a false warrant because I had been clean for 6 months and let me go on a 50 dollar bond plus the jail time i had already served (about a week and a half)

Seriously this topic isn't supposed to be about why Im in favor for legalization its supposed to make the point that parts of the judicial system are corrupt and stupid. A guy who tried to set a house on fire gets 60 days while a smoker minding his own business gets 90 days. It makes no loving sense.

My basic point is that people should be arrested for what they have done and not what they could have done. The pope could have forgeted 13 kids but he didn't so he's not in jail. The same principle follows smoking weed, or doing any drugs for that matter.
