The slag below the grate had drained out, revealing a staircase down. Alex cut the grate with her laser eye and then everyone proceeded down, out of the tower.

Everyone starts walking back to tow-

Suddenly, the top of the tower explodes as a red beam shoots out from the explosion.

Find out that aliens have invaded and are coming for your asses

It's more like a constant beam of light. It's heading southwest towards Korralese. You've heard about the place being the main source of minerals and ores, essentially being the mining capital.

i'm sick today, so i'm not sure if i'll update much.

Go to Korralese

Cue random encounter

I know I'm a day late, but I might as well put this out as to never saying it.

I want to dedicate this to anyone who was lost on 9/11. I'm saying it here because the main concept of this adventure is towers, and, well, you know where is brings me.
So I give my condolences to anyone who knows anyone who died that day.

Thank you.

That aside, I'm feeling a bit better, so I might start updating again.

yep very hilarious.

You follow the beam as you walk along the path that I forgot to mention. After quite a while of walking, the air gets drier and the grass starts to die out. Then,

: Look!

In the distance is a nearby town that lies on the border of the desert and the plains. This is not Korralese, because you remember being told of another town near Korralese known for it's incredibly accurate and long-running clock tower. However, the clock doesn't seem to be so accurate as of now, seeing as the hands are going haywire and spinning out of control. Must be related to the beam or the tower.
And hey, there's also a recovery center off to the left.

Recovery center, shop around if needed
