Garry's Mod 13 beta has RTB icons?

If you have gmod 13 beta, you would realize that in the props menu "Q" . The icons are exactly the same as the ones on RTB.

There's a pack of free icons on the Internet. Ephialtes didn't make them he simply used the free pack.
