I fixed the Macuahuitl but whenever you swing (left click) it doesn't show the swing in first person and only shows it in 3rd person.

Well the reason I want it as an item is so that only one team can have it, because if it was a command then the other team could wear the hat as well, which wouldn't make much sense.

Could that be a problem with the model or maybe the 'server.cs' file?

You could prevent the other team from using the command but making it an item is classier and easier to work with. Just remember to disable item dropping.

Do you think you could make it more gray-ish? (Darken the colors?)

Edit: My computer can't run shaders anyway...

Still, I would like it to be a bit less-shiny, if you can do that.
