HOWEVER I will give constructive criticism.

For starters, it's WAAAYYYY to bland and empty, you could've added small things on the side that would make it look better.

Number 2, you wanted to make a small thing.
If you want to make a small thing then you don't use a loving 64x baseplate.
This build would look much better if it was on a 4 16x baseplates.

However the thing in the middle looks nice, I like it.

The center is too small, the platform needs to be enlarged.  Layout is inaccurate, The door does not connect to the center.  The TARDIS inside is not all orange-yellow, it's more of a dark brown with orange imprints.
