This game's loving fun.

Within a few hours, I had gotten to the Doctorate levels of both zones, but god damn they are tough.

This is awesome. Also when you use the silk on robe to walk on walls, the magician is like "Haters gonna hate".
And the spell combos are great.

i got bored shortly after the first level, does it get any better afterward?

Optic Lens + Vampire Tooth + Sea Shell + Philosophers Stone = gg.
preferably grade C or higher

The forest level gets rainier and windier  as the castle gets sentient books and bomb skeletons.
Why are you even asking?

Boomerang + Optic Lens is a clusterforget.

add slime heart and you'll have a hard time shooting anything in front of you

in the files there are fear.png and knockback.png

when exactly does it pick up? i can barely stand the game anymore

When you pick a higher difficulty level

i want the game to be more fun, not fighting the same 4 enemies but with slightly buffed health and damage

the game's not done

well it's still in the alpha and they're still adding content so i imagine there's a lot more planned for this game
look in the vault, you can tell there are more areas that aren't done yet

...try going Doctorate in a forest, the raindrops will be huge, ridiculous wind AND wood bits flying in your face.
in a castle, the skeletons have bombs, the framed pictures shoot from the eyes, heck, even the books fly at you at mach 1.

the difficulty focuses on overall area danger more than enemy stats

I loving hate those books. They're the only thing keeping me from strolling around invincibly.
