Mute.

To mute a user for yourself only. This needs to be built in. I know there is a client-sided mute but this needs to be a default add_on.

Just like kick/ban/spy but for non-admins.

Its bad enough that normal mute is abuse able, instead of muting them you should just kick or ban them.

I mean that's what kicking and banning is there for isn't it?
Other than to get rid of annoying, rulebreaking , trolling players, chat spamming players.
