You need this for when you have NO admins, because you could just ask an admin to clear some bricks that are annoying the other players, etc.

But then you need an admin /cancelvote, because of people getting jealous and other stupid reasons.

It's always a bad idea to leave admin abilities and responsibilities in the hands of normal players.

I could see how this is useful, but I can also see how it would be counteractive to many servers using it.

But there's a certain level of how abusable something can be. You can randomly kill somebody with a gun add-on or spam them with sounds and they'll be annoyed, but clearing somebody's bricks is a different story.
