dunno about their other stuff but my brother has a m11x and m14x (i think).. m11x's hinge has been broken like 4 times (thank god it's under warantee) and m14x heats up super fast and has a 1.5 hr battery life. i realize for running a game that's good, but not good when that's at any time.

That is a nice computer, I like alienware's design but they are expensive. However, If you wanted a computer for gaming you should have gotten a desktop and not a laptop. If you wanted the laptop for maybe light gaming and portability the alienware was a pretty good choice except that I heard that they are pretty heavy although this depends on the person.

The alienware x59 is their cheapest desktop. I have it, and I got it for $599 on ebay, it is $699 from the Dell website. Annnyway, it's great; it's smooth, fast, and I can play all my games on max graphics.
