It's a shame the Red Alert universe and Tiberian Universes were never combined. I want to avenge Stalin's death because Kane killed him.
Actually, that kind of mod is very easy to make in Red Alert 2, as it ran on the Tiberian Sun engine, and even kept most of the resources. The few remaining missing pieces were all art things, not any programming (other than to change the lines disabling the GDI and NOD "countries") and with any access to Tiberian Sun, one could, theoretically, move over the remaining art.
