This would be an advanced AFK System that would have a couple new aspects of going AFK.
There would be a special brick included, an AFK Player Spawner. It would look like a normal Spawn Point, only if a player says
/afk room
, they are then moved to whatever AFK Room you build with the spawner inside.
A Player will also be moved to the afk-room (this room is optional in RTB Prefs) after a certain amount of time of being inactive (also an RTB Pref). After another certain amount of time in the AFK Room, he would then proceed to be kicked from the server.

instead of an afk spawner, why not make it like player persistence.
They type in /afk, despawned, shown a certain screen saying afk with the chat going on, then when they type it in again, they are respawned in their original spot.

How about a /teleport mod that teleports you to certain spawn point and sets them as your spawnpoint.
So you could say /teleport afk.

I've never seen the point of these.
Blockland is the only game where I've seen an AFK system more complicated than "kick them if they're AFK too long" suggested.
And in servers that have these, I rarely see anyone use them.
