I would run down 44th street past the bank and the little old man. Running behind a building into a ally. Being stuck there as the dog closed in on me I would exam my surroundings.
Noticing not far to my left a ladder to the roof with a dumpster in my way. Jumping on the trash surrounding it I jump onto the dumpster then leap onto the ladder were i climb. This dog though notices my way up and does the same motions (big dog) it sails threw the air almost grabbing my leg. swinging to the side the dog falls back to earth.
Now with only one hand left on the ladder i pull my self up before my fingers get away and finshing climbing. I was safe intill the dog left. (which it did)
