Well, check out my new server computer. Sorry for the bad quality, the brightness level, and I actually haven't tried it yet. So I don't know what it has and stuff. Also, I got this for FREEEEEEE. No I'm serious, I did.
It's pretty thin and there is some armor on the front that you can take off. My dad says it used to run his work's website. He is a programmer at a company named "Velir".

More info on what I'm going to do with it: I might start hosting things for people, like maybe start a free dedicated hosting service. I am actually in my basement right now, and I'm going to be bringing it up-up-stairs (second floor of the house). It is freakin' heavy and I'm going to need my dad to take it up.

Mines somewhere in here:

Something like one of the things stacked in each of those boxes. And my dad's work runs on about 2 of those boxes full of them. So... whatever company that is, has a great webpage, :P

I did put information...

Something like one of the things stacked in each of those boxes. And my dad's work runs on about 2 of those boxes full of them. So... whatever company that is, has a great webpage, :P

It's an Internap data center.

It's 7:20 AM, Ima see if my dad is ready to get up and help me set up.

Ok, dad won't get up. Gunna wait another 30 min or 60.

GUYS! While I wait, help me think of how I would start my dedicated service, and what to put in a topic for dedicated hosting service, etc.

Well, you may be able to host a few websites on that. I don't know the specs, maybe 1-2 Blockland servers. Bandwidth and speed may also become an issue if your on a residential internet connection. A lot of ISP's disallow hosting websites, even though the port is open. You may be able to host a web site for a few months without raising a flag.

If you're caught your ISP will most likely send you an email. That's how Comcast does it anyway. If you don't comply they will  ban you from their service. I would check their terms just to be sure.

If your on a business connection then you can host whatever you want.

Also, does your server use linux? If so, you can look at [GUIDE] Hosting a Dedicated Server on Linux if you want to host a Blockland server.

I would suggest at least 2GB of ram if you want to host game servers, and a decent CPU.

If you want to host for other people then I highly suggest you use a data center. Besides, if your power goes out everyone could lose a lot.

Computer started up and is running fine, except the fact that my dad needs to ask my dad for a password.

Don't forget that you can remote into windows server, so you don't always need a screen.
