don't leave an above ground base, raiding and stealing is allowed, griefing alone is semi-discouraged. tell Jaxx who you are and i might let you live from my place. the admins aren't going to deliberately find and dismember you, but if you actually do the intelligent thing, they won't do anything to you and will just help.

YogscastLalna's (aka Duncan) are probably the most tutorial-y ones, at least to begin with. Attempting to learn anything other than destruction and messing things up from Simon & Lewis or Sips and Sjin is pretty much futile. Entertaining though. Shame the Yogscast seem to have abandoned SoI for tekkit :(

If the actually cared about SoI it would be a lot better. They actually got episodes out each week like they said for 3 weeks, and then haven't uploaded another for over a month. I think they just ran out of ideas, and got bored.
