I'd recommend The last stand : Union city
It has no download required,its a free online game,find it in kongregate,BUT,its a 3rd person game,but its still great,sadly its not long :/
EDIT : stuff,forgot to tell you,its a 2D game,just in case you wanted to know,but its still good.
