Voice commands

What it would be, is a server mod where you can type in a command, (ex. /help /medic) and you would hear it from your blockhead. You could just take the audio from TF2, and set it to sound like a blockhead's saying it. You could also use keybinds, for example, you would hit a key to bring up a menu, and you would hit one of the numbers on your keypad that corresponds to your desired voice command.

8. Positive
9. Negative
0. Cancel

Why not zero? You might accidentaly hit the keybind and need a key to cancel the command.

And they are all activated by pressing numbers 1-8
