Looks fake but that would be so awesome if it weren't. Especially if it had 4 player split screen. I would play the stuff out of that.

No it's real. I just saw it on the Terraria page on Facebook.

Yeah I just saw that. I hope to god its four player.

They said new content too.
That better mean new content for PC players too.

And PC terraria players better get it for free on Xbox and stuff

>Refuse to update their game ever again
>Remake the game so everyone has to buy it again

What?

And PC terraria players better get it for free on Xbox and stuff
What? We're not entitled to that.

people who already own it had better get it for free on consoles

edit: i would love to see rooster-teeth do a let's play of this :P

Starbound.
Starbound isn't a remake. Its an entirely different game.

Look, when that big update came, there were tons of big pictures filled with new content.
What the forget is this? There's nothing loving new!
I bet if there would be anything new they would actually say what the forget is loving new.
If there is something new, I bet it's just gonna be some stuff just like the flying bunny.

Consoles?

forget. That don't do me any good!

Yes, but instead of polishing up Terraria and updating it throughout time they said to themselves that it be a waste because they already got so many sales. So instead of enticing new people into the game with updates they just up and went to make Starbound.

The only reason they're making it for the console(s) now is because they currently have no sales there, so obviously people will buy it there once it comes out. Most likely the new content will not be put onto the PC version to try and lure the PC players to also buy the console version, in turn making them more money. Doing the console versions will most likely double their revenue from the same game.
